Sport Wales Be Active Fund

The new window for applications is currently open. Apply for up to £50,000 of National Lottery funding for equipment and coaching courses. For not-for-profit sports clubs or community groups in Wales.

Expression of interest deadline: 9am 29th May 2026

This grant funds projects that have the greatest environmental impact, such as improving insulation, upgrading windows and doors, installing efficient heating systems, and implementing water-saving systems.

Clubs must contribute at least 20% of the total project cost and include an energy survey in their application. For further information contact energy@sport.wales
