Mia Davies, a Year 3 BSc Sport Management student at Cardiff Metropolitan University, was named our first ever Young Ambassador of the Month in recognition of her exceptional leadership and initiative within the Archers Leadership Programme.
As the first young person to join our leadership pathway, Mia quickly set the standard through her passion, professionalism and commitment to inclusive sport. She played a key role at our first Bronze Young Ambassador Conference, where she designed and delivered the hugely successful “Mentor” workshop, making a lasting impression on the young ambassadors in attendance.
Mia has also shown outstanding initiative by leading a project to support SEND settings across Cardiff, helping to develop and deliver an adapted leadership programme within a local special school. Her ambition to work in the sport industry, combined with her ability to inspire and support others, makes her a fantastic role model within the programme.
